Contact messages
If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message so that we can address your enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal information. The form uses a session cookie for security and a server-side record derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Server requests
The hosting server records request information in access and error logs for operation and security. Requests can include an IP address, browser information, requested address and time. The configured access-log rotation keeps ten days of logs; mail and other hosting records are governed by their separate server configuration.
Optional third-party services
Advertising from Google AdSense and embedded media from providers such as YouTube and Spotify are disabled until you allow the relevant category. These providers receive network and device information when their services load and may use cookies. Their own privacy terms also apply. See Google’s privacy policy and Spotify’s privacy policy.
Fonts, images and links
Fonts are hosted locally. Externally hosted images may receive requests when a page loads. Following an external link takes you to a separate website, whose data practices we do not control.
Your choices
Use cookie settings to accept, reject or withdraw optional-service permissions. The choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Clearing browser storage resets it. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent by contacting us; please identify the relevant message without sending additional sensitive documents.
Security and retention
The contact form uses HTTPS, validation, request-forgery protection and rate limiting. Messages are sent to the site’s contact mailbox. We do not publish submitted contact messages. The site operator must determine mailbox retention and respond to requests according to the circumstances and applicable requirements.
